Mrs. Ar'Rhonda Bowie

ELAR Instructional Coach

My name is Ar'Rhonda Bowie and this will be my second year as the Campus Instructional Coach here at Richard J. Wilson.    I am originally from Houston, Texas.  In May 2000,  I received my bachelor's degree from Texas Southern University and taught for 12 years in Spring, TX.  Our family relocated to Fort Worth in 2012, and I continued my career in FWISD.  I was a classroom teacher for 22 years, teaching Kindergarten - 3rd grade, before transitioning to an instructional coach.  It was my life dream to become a teacher and I love having the privilege of impacting students' lives, even now as I support teachers.    Personally, I have 4 children - Layla 17, Justine 15, John III 12, Lauren 9.  Church, Family and my children keep me very happy and very  busy when I am not supporting teachers here at Richard Wilson!

Mrs. Olanrewaju White

Counselor

My name is Olanrewaju White. My education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Masters in School Counseling. I have served as an educator for 12 years.

I was born in Maryland. Growing up, my family transitioned through Georgia and Rhode Island before moving back home to Nigeria where I grew up. I returned in my late teens to complete my undergraduate studies in New England where I lived for many years before transitioning to Fort Worth, Texas with my husband and three daughters in 2006. I love people and work with others to maximize potential all around me. I consider being a counselor my life work and I love doing it!

During my time here at R. J. Wilson Elementary I am here to utilize my secondary education experience to help support students as they learn about themselves at a foundational level. Students have questions they need answered as they learn about their individual gifts, talents and abilities. I am here to support them as they learn to understand their special abilities that make them unique and will prepare them to be future leaders in their communities.

I love to travel, watch movies about real life characters and spend copious amounts of time with my family. My favorite thing in the world is to watch people from different  cultures and ask lots of questions
