Hello!  I'm Mayra Hendrix and this is my first year at Richard J. Wilson. I teach first-grade bilingual. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. My goal is for my students to have a growth mindset and achieve all of their goals. When I'm not in the classroom I like to read, spend time with my family, and travel. I hope together we make this a great school year. 

¡Hola!  Soy Mayra Hendrix y este es mi primer año en Richard J. Wilson. Doy clases bilingües de primer grado. Me gradué de la Universidad Estatal de Tarleton con una licenciatura en educación primaria. Mi objetivo es que mis alumnos tengan una mentalidad de crecimiento y logren todas sus metas. Cuando no estoy en el aula me gusta leer, pasar tiempo con mi familia y viajar. Espero que juntos hagamos de este un gran año escolar.
