My name is Melissa Torres, and I am excited to be part of the Richard J. Wilson Elementary family! I am proudly from Puerto Rico and have over 30 years of experience in elementary education. I hold a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and have extensive experience teaching first grade in bilingual and Dual Language programs. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and engaging classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with my students and families and helping every child reach their full potential!
